You are missing a few parts for a complete build - motherboard, storage hard drive (unless the 128 GB SSD is enough?) and aftermarket air cooler (not necessary, but a good idea with a 3570K). Also, what are you planning to game on? What resolution panel?
That said, I'm not certain I would recommend that case and PSU combo, simply because I'd guess you can do better for the money. A decent, newer case starts at about $50 and a soild 600 watt PSU can be had for about $80 more or less.
And I would definitely spend more on a better GPU. A gaming build with a budget of $1k (at least here in the USA) should be able to easily accomodate at least a Radeon 7850 or better.
