What scanners have you run?

I use AVG paid. scanned and says bug is out.
Microsoft Security Ess. says in order to remove i must download
Windows defender and use in safe mode or offline.
Tried that, i even disconnected internet line just to be safer.
Nothing. Windows says i can use the defender direct in Vista version
but i am running Windows 7.
It is continuous loop. Microsoft Ess. goes red. After scan and remove
it will go green but then i scan again and it detects as virus.
I have tried several methods online but none work.
Some online methods say to rename folders of the anti virus
because it has already adapted these names and folders.
Did not work.
At this point I just want to extract my pics without the virus entering
new harddrive.
Oh, and wouldnt let use my diskdrives either, i tried moving pics to discs
and it would not let me. "windows does not detect "blank disc

Take the new drive out and put the old one back in then do as oulined below.

I would go into Safe mode with networking, download, install, update and run Malwarebytes. Before running Malwarebytes, rename it to blank.exe, then install it. You have a rootkit on that drive and this program should kill it.

Ok, try running these two apps in safe mode with networking:

http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/

Both are standalone apps and do not install themselves, but may leave behind a log file.

Try running Smitfraudfix first followed by Combofix.

I hope this one didn't write itself to the MBR, if it did you may have to rebuild it and it is risky as you may loose all data.

One other app you can try:

http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/so ... =208280684

According to the article this should do it.
