The problem is that the SSD is missing the boot partition. You have one of two options: reinstall without the hard drive, or follow this

Whatever download speed you're getting is "infinitely" slower than the hard drive's maximum throughput, I assure you. SSDs aren't meant for writing, they're meant for reading.
