I have not received my Maximum PC subscription for four months now (May, June, July and August issues.) I have contact customer support and they confirmed my subscription is current (paid up through August 2014) and they sent me the June and July issues again which I received. When I last contacted customer support about my August issue not arriving, they mentioned the following:
Quote:
We have heard from many subscribers in California that they have not received their recent issues. While we are fully supporting the Postal Service's efforts to evaluate and finalize a solution to the situation, they cannot currently ensure timely delivery to all subscribers.
Can someone tell us exactly what is going on with subscribers in California?I was told by customer support to simply go and buy the magazine at the newsstand. Well, I have a problem with that since I'm paid up through August 2014 and I paid to have the magazine delivered to my door. Why would I go pay $7.99+tax again for something I already paid for and didn't receive? That is not a good solution to me.
If Maximum PC knows there is an issue with California subscribers, why don't you offer the digital editions for free until you resolve whatever issue is causing us to no receive our issues in the mail?
I'd like an official response and explanation please.
