Comcast approached me with a good deal that seemed to good to be true. $19.99 per month for cable internet, but the real deal was $39.99 per month. Finally told them to come back and get it after the first month. They told me that I would have to bring it to their office in Denver, CO. Not caring I told them it would be waiting for them at my house.

When they finally got it back, they said the bill would be even higher for not properly returning the equipment. I never paid them a dime after 5 years now.

If this company ever approaches you with a seemingly good deal, tell them to go pound sand.

and your saying this 5+ years after the fact? a little late isn't it.

You didn't read the fine print? A lot of cable companies sign you up on a introductory plan before moving you to the more expensive one.

I wouldn't do this because my credit rating is worth more than the cost of shipping their equipment back to them via registered mail.

hmm I cooperate with Comcast and is all fine. maybe few years age there was some problems. But now? No problems.
