Maximum PC

I have a small home network that I use primarily to share internet access among three computers, each one used by a different person. I just rearranged my own setup and it made more sense to move my printer onto the router instead of plugging directly into my machine as I had been doing for a few years.

What I want to do now is restrict access at the router so only my computer can use that printer. How do I go about it? All the help info I have found online deal with modifying network settings at the user or group level within windows 7.

Printer is a Canon MP970, router is a D-Link DIR-655.

Why can't you just keep it plugged into your computer? This is the simplest way to get the behavior you want.

On the web interface for the router, go to the "Advanced" tab and click on the "SECURESPOT" link on the side. In the "Info" area there should be a link to configure the service, which should include access controls.
