I have a ASUS M4A88T-M motherboard, AMD Phenom II X2 560 CPU and running Windows 7 Professional 64bit. My problem is logging on to Newegg.com, I can not log on either with Firefox or Internet Explorer. What might the issue be. I have a much older computer that runs Windows XP and have no issues logging on.

Do you have issues with any other websites?

Are you trying the other computer at the same time as the one does not work? Newegg could simply be down at the time you are trying with the new computer.

What security software are you using? Any script blocking software?

Do both computers run Norton 360?

As a test, try booting the other computer up and logging on to Newegg.com at the same time as your new computer. Also if the old computer does not have Norton 360, disable it to see if the problem goes away.
