I've finally gotten my server set up (again, after a system disk crash earlier this year--luckily it was just the OS drive).
Anyway, I'm re-doing the user accounts. What do most people suggest for user accounts? I don't use the Remote Web Access system. I mainly remote into the system via Remote Desktop from my desktop PC or laptop (from within my home network).
Should I create a Standard user account for this, or is using the Administrator account suitable (When I remote in, it is mainly to administer the system: install updates, run AV scans, install server applications, etc).
Suggestions? I'm mainly concerned with security.
Secondly, if you log off, do services, such as my AV app, continue running? (I'm using ESET Nod32 AntiVirus 5.0)
