 Post subject: How to update Adobe Flash Player correctly?

I did some test of my Firefox Browser with Qualy's Browser Check plugin (a big thank you to Maximum PC :D) and it found 2 Security Issues, namely, Adobe Flash Player and Silverlight.

I downloaded Adobe's Flash Player update and installed it, then re-do the test and it still shows the same result. What gives? o-0

Just go to the Adobe Flash site and update it there, the same goes for Silverlight.

I have downloaded the update from adobe site and installed it, yet it still says I am using an outdated version of Flash player.
