I am looking at getting a Fluke works tone generator and probe kit but I am not sure which model to buy. The two links below represent the two models that I can buy But I am not sure if the benefits on the 60A are good enough for the higher price increase. I have read on Flukes website, that there are some features that make the 60A a higher end item but I am not sure if they warrant the price increase. Look for owner input, thanks.

What are you aiming to do with it? The 60A is a better model, but not if you don't use any of it.

What tones do you need to generate over a 20A circuit? Or, more correctly "what the hell do you want one for?". This just feels like a good mechanic wondering about 11mm sockets in a Craftsman catalog. You may not need this tool and step down to something more useful all around.
