Maximum PC

Hi all I have a weird one. I subscribe to a website that I have had no problem accessing in the past its not a commercial website but a private one. Recently I havent been able to connect to the main website. I also subscribe to the RSS feeds from that sight and I am able to load those with my reader fine. I tried to access the site from the top 3 browsers FF IE and Chrome and I cannot connect to the site. I contacted the webmaster for the sight and he said the site is up and running fine. I contacted my ISP and asked if they were blocking any sites and they said no. I tried to access the sight from my iPad and still a no go. Its only with this website. I looked at my router and Im not blocking that site or any other. I looked at OpenDNS and I have the filter setting to allow all.

Can anyone give me some insight how I can not access this one sight?

Have you considered using your ISP's DNS rather then OpenDNS?

Have you tried to access the site by typing in the actual IP address and not the Domain Name? What happens when you ping it?

Thanks I pinged the site and I got a good response. I did found out I can access the site using a proxy. So I think it has something to do with my IP. I asked the webmaster if my ip was blocked and he said no.

This very weird, I dont think my ISP will give me a new IP address although its not a static IP.

Is there a way to to set just one site to use a proxy in FF or Chrome? Proxies die so fast I dont want to have to use them for all my websites.
