My Logitech 5.1 DD Surround Sound Speakers are waaaaaaaaaayyyy too loud for gaming at night, I need to get some headphones. I definitely (note that it is spelled correctly) need my high performance audio, and I'd like a headset preferably without a microphone since I wont be needing that. Any suggestions for some good ones? I've never bought a gaming headset before.

I would recommend the Razer Orca gaming headphones. They're about $50, and they sound absolutely amazing. I am able to game in excess of 12 hours, and comfort is a non-issue. Definitely a winner.

I have recently purchase an A30 Headset by Astro Gaming Equipment and i must say that i was extremely happy with them. My last pair i had where Creative ones but they got dropped and broke but I was allways a bit disappointed with them as they seemed to lack bass quality and never fitted my ears correctly. Hope this helps ...

Definitely go with the SteelSeries Siberia's.

i've had these for a while now and they've done me great things.
fits your ear pretty comfortably. its like youre not even wearing them lol

the price is a little up there but its forsure worth your money :)
