please pm me the key

I've been folding for years but only just started with a key a week ago :/ didnt realise i should use one.

I am amazed at how fast my new I7 2600 rig is folding (even with my ongoing memory problems) compared to my old P4 3ghz 1.5GB ram.
Now If I can get new ram ill be set.
If you need a passkey for yourself, you should go here and get one. - Folding@home Passkey FAQ

The passkey they are handing out is for the Tribute to Rose.

yep I know, I said I just started using a key a week ago. 8) I didnt say I wasn't using one.
So in order to fold for rose i need her key to fold under, hence why i asked for someone to pm me with it.

Yeah! I just passed 500,000 score with F@H!

someone should print it up nice and frame it and mail it to gsmitheman.

it would be even better if he got that in the mail w/o actually seeing that we folded Rose up to 10million :D

I agree. It would be nice. I would do it if I knew anything about printing/framing.

But if I did that, I would want to push him up to 10 million as well.

Actually that is a good idea both names could be next to each other. Rose is at the 10mil point, g only needs about 800,000.

Would we need another passkey?

I switched from Rose to gsmitheman just now. I'm just using the same passkey that I used for Rose.

If you only do GPU folding, the passkey won't be necessary. If you are doing SMP, it will take the requisite 10 WUs to qualify it for "gsmitheman".

I'm doing both :D , so it will take a few days to get it qualified for others, but if a few people just switch SMP over to gsmitheman w/o changing from the Rose passkey it will be qualified quickly.

Unfortunately I found out about this endeavor late in the game, but I would love to help. I'll switch GPU over as soon as current WU is done, but could someone please PM me the passkey for SMP? (even if it's not qualified yet, at least I can help with that to start) Thanks!

Edit: GPU is up now, just waiting on passkey to start SMP as well
