At just over $3,000, this is the dream machine I intend to build soon. (I know Keplar/600 will be coming out soon, probably will wait)

Went for the whole 9 yards on this 1 for liquid cooling. GTX 590 Hydro Copper(Can add 2nd later), i7-2600K, Hell Liquid Cooled ram sounds like pure awesome. That said, I know the ram barbs are a weird size. My set up involves running the tubing (1/2") through 1 ram card and into the other and repeat for all 4 sticks, then securing with clamps. Not really going for the SUPER-CLEAN Case look and I have seen it done b4 given the weird barb sizes. Also I might wait for the Cosmos 2, and get it painted a Gloss Ferrari Red. Overall I would say the system looks pretty beast for the price. What do you guys think?

Why the M4 SSD? This doesn't make any since to me. If you're building the best buy the best and that is still the Vertex 3.

That water block is "ok" but the EK one is an easy 2x better. It has a higher flow rate and has the coldest recorded temps. Buy EK for any kind of water block, you wont regret it. Their radiators are nice too, I have 2 of them and the quality is top notch.

Why a 590 hydro copper? Have you seen the pictures on how this "full cover" water block actually looks and how horrible it cools the VRM's and MOSFET's? If you're set on a 590 I highly recommend getting a non pre water blocked card and buying an EK block and installing it yourself. You will be able to achieve higher clocks with a cooler card (obviously). But why a 590 and not SLI 580's? They will give you more performance and the clocks are usually higher. I have mine at 955mhz on only 1.088v.

Have you looked at the UD7 motherboard? I personally would take the UD7 over the ASUS any day, just look at it.

Why the M4 SSD? This doesn't make any sense to me. If you're building the best, buy the best and that is a PCIe SSD like the Revo3x2.

Even in my humble rig I use a Vertex3 for secondary storage and boot from a Revo3.

The Rig has changed drastically since this thread, might go with the 60GB Versions for the Vertex 3

I pretty much agree with the guys above. And honestly, you don't need to spend $350 on such a motherboard; there's plenty of cheaper performance mobo's that will still handle the job just fine. And you don't need to get water cooled OC ram. For that price, you could probably find some nice air cooled 8gb set. And look at DangerDen or Koolance water cooling solutions as well. And personally, save the few bucks and go with win7 pro.

Agreed on the downgrade to W7 Pro rather than Ultimate.
I agree with the suggestion of looking at an air cooled ram alternative. Check out the Corsair Vengeance ram. Its the stuff they used in Dream Machine 2011, and I got myself 16gb of it from Newegg last month for $110. Granted that was a sale, but the price is only another 20 bucks or so on top of that.

Still HyperX is good ram, It's what I used on my dd2 rig when I still had it.

^that set is $100 right now but honestly if you buy the 8gb (2x4gb) set separate, which is the exact same ram modules, are $40 a pair AR.
