Doors don't come in slabs, lol, can you elaborate a little more? It looks sweet though, I like it. Smooth, clean and purdy, lol.

They actually do. Home Depot, you can get a solid core wood slab for a door. No holes, bare wood etc...

Well that's just a wooden slab, which can (obviously, as you've displayed) be used for most anything. I'd use it to make a miniatures gaming table, lol.

xveganx,
What is the case model number I have looked for the one that you posted previously and its not the same. I enter "Lian Li V351B" into Google and I get a mini-case not a full tower.

That's a SilverStone SST-TJ07-B.

Just got my new testbench yesterday in the mail all the way from Italy. still working out my issue with the really noisy A.L.C ECO...should have stuck with the Corsair H50, due to quietness. also, its nice to have the video card actually getting fresher-ish air now.

You can't see my tower (Coolermaster Cosmos1000) because it's on the floor under the table with the monitor and stacks of HDDs on it.

This picture is a couple of years old but it still looks about the same, except that the speakers have been replaced with my old Z5500s which were elsewhere when the picture was taken.

I don't believe in internal HDDs. They tax the PSU and add heat inside the case. Each of the eight permanently attached HDDs has its own external power supply.

Also pictured are a few of my older books. I've added a couple more since. The smallest one is a dual-core 64-bit 7" Everun Note with dedicated graphics and a 1.8" SLC Mtron Mobi. Great little machine that fits in an inside suit jacket pocket. Too bad the company went under.
___________

Edit:

Maybe this is a little off topic but here's a memento of that historic day almost two years ago when I finally broke free from enslavement by old-fashioned mechanical contraptions and replaced my last internal HDDs with silicon.

Pictured are my old WD Raptors and the four Vertex that replaced them in RAID-0. It was a performance breakthrough.

Well, I sold the old Logisys case to my friend, and he wanted me to take some pics of his rig. I figured I'd throw them out here as the final result of the work I did on the case. I replaced the old crappy plexi window with a more durable Lexan window and dremeled out a 120mm hole that I filled with another Blue LED Cooler Master R4. The blue rosewill 80 moved to the 80mm bottom intake. He's also just put a 6850 Toxic in the rig that's pretty darned nice:

Unfortunately this one is pretty washed. It's the best I could do to stop the reflections from being too bad with the little CoolPix I had to take the pics with.
Image
Only bad cable is that stupid ribbon cable. I'd like to replace it with a tubular IDE cable, but I'm not going to put money into a machine that's no longer mine.
Image
Right-side mess isn't too bad.

Just like all of the other components of a computer. By that logic, than your case should be completely empty, right?

No, just run your CPU without a heatsink. At least you won't have to worry about heat being released into the case then.

Proof that expensive heatsinks are a scam.
