Maximum PC

This is going to be extremely vague, but bear with me.

I want to contract out a programmer to make a simple queuing program for a website. The program just needs to be simple. I want to be able to store certain links and have them share the links every 2 hours. I would like some configuration to format how the link will display, but I'm pretty sure this is easy to do (there is a sharing tool that can be used to submit, but it is completely manual).

So how much do you think something like this would cost to make?

(And please, no questions about which website this is, I can't say)

Platforms like tumblr, and tools like TweetDeck for Twitter have pretty decent scheduling/queueing options built in. Other CMS platforms have good scheduling options as well.

Using twitter is probably the best / easiest way to do it. You could use some code to display the tweets on the site.
