To Maximum PC

I've been a reader for over a decade now. I let my subscription lapse over a year ago- not because I thought the magazine wasn't worth my time, but because I could gather most of what I could consume from your excellent web site.

Now I have a Kindle and Calibre that downloads your RSS feed every morning at 6am. I read and enjoy every article.

I know your writers have tackled the subject before- digital consumerism and business models that make sense- and more importantly money! And I'm a perfect example of why the digital marketplace is such a mess, I haven't purchased any material but still enjoy a good bit of satisfaction from your hard work.

Turn the clock to 6/15/2011 and this article- http://www.maximumpc.com/article/future_tense/future_tense_maximum_users- It's not politics or a position statement. It's logic.

I don't feel like mixing technology- what will ultimately bring the world from misunderstanding and hatred- with logic and forward pushing people is confusing or a coincidence.

So, thank you Maximum PC editors for including a bold article. I went directly to my newstand and bought the Mag and will re-up my subscription immediately.
