Check out my first water cooling project using the Swiftech H20-220 Ultima XT. The intake fans fit perfectly above the radiator at the top keeping everything internal which is my goal.

Do you think I could fit another separate loop for the graphics cards using a 200mm radiator in front of the existing front fan? It's kind of tight in there now but I could remove or move both of the hard drive racks. Thanks in advance.

It would be possible to run a 2nd loop for the GPU's, but room for a radiator, reservoir, and pump large enough to cool 2 570's might be hard to come by (even with removing the HDD racks). What exact Corsair case are you using?

If it was my project, I'd probably just look to expand the existing loop. You can run a secondary radiator externally (most popular thought here would probably be mounted externally (with conversion kit) to the 120mm exhaust port), and then use the interior space for a larger reservoir and a pump with increased flow capacity. It's convenient that your case already has rear stock holes for running external liquid cooling. A lot of the solution would be determined by the availability, and design, of the cooling blocks for the GPU's. That will determine at least the tube diameter, and necessary flow rate.

Either way it's an interesting project...

Have you thought about running the EK set up with their dual reservoir and pumps and mount them in the 5.25 drive bay area? Use a Black Ice SR1 120mm rad outside the case for the rear fan to blow across and use that for the CPU and then use your dual rad for the 570's. Check out FrozenCPU.com for more ideas because they are like the newegg of water cooling parts.

You might be able to mount a 120mm on the inside but I know a 140mm wont mount inside the 800D case without contacting the I/O ports.

I found someone who did exactly what I intended to do: http://www.techreaction.net/2010/11/28/blog-corsair-graphite-series%E2%84%A2-600t-all-internal-dual-loop/

Thank you for the responses.
