Hi Guy's just a quick question. Does a Asus P6T SE motherboard support Nvidia? I'm looking to upgrade my Video card from a HD 4870 to a Nvidia GTX 580. I know the board does not support SLI. But I am looking to use just 1 Nvidia card.

Yes, the nVidia gpu will work with your motherboard.

It Should.. I run a P6T deluxe and have used anything frmo gtx 260's to ati 5870's to gtx 480's .. no problems with cards..

I would check the Nvidia/EVGA/etc forums to make sure no one is having a problem with your exact setup if I was you. I'm running the Asus M4A77D motherboard and I bought a gtx460 when they came out. I was having horrible lockup problems with all sets of drivers. I went to the evga/nvidia forums and there were about 5 different threads full of people with Asus motherboards, many with my exact board, having the same problems. This was last year so I imagine all the problems have been worked out since then but it's still a good idea to check.
