I received my January issue of Maximum PC sometime near the end of December. Unfortunately ~20 pages were missing and those pages were replaced by duplicate pages bound upside down and backwards. I have been a subscriber for around 7 years and I have never had a problem. I understand that these things happen. I reported the damaged issue via the website on December 27th and I was told I would receive a replacement issue.

Today is January 24th and I have received my February issue, but I still have not received my replacement January issue. This is extremely frustrating. I am not asking for compensation and I am not threatening to cancel my subscription. Maximum PC is hands down my favorite magazine. I am merely asking that you do better.

Thank you for the Kick Ass magazine.

Ken

And how is this a forum issue? Call or write customer support as per the stickies! You didn't miss anything dude. You got duplicate pages! I paid for 30 pages, you got 33 so why the complaint?

"Hey, MPC...I got too many pages of content...You suck" really? (I'm not from MPC BTW...I'm from earth)

This is the "Magazine ... Feedback" section. He is missing part of the issue, and it has been replaced by duplicate content.

Chumly is correct. There is a sticky explaining how to get help from Customer Service here.

To be clear: this section deals with the content of the magazine. The writers and editors of the magazine occasionally come here to read the opinions of their readers and respond to them.

This section does not deal with the publication, printing, or delivery of the magazine. The publishers, printers and postal service do not read this section. Problems relating to these aspects of the magazine can be addressed by using the links provided in the sticky above.
