I'm looking to sell these items (not here - to a coworker) and was wondering what would be a fair price. I would help this person purchase the remaining items for a complete build. This PC would be used for misc school work.

GIGABYTE GA-M57SLI-S4 AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP ATX AMD (AM2 Motherboard)
AMD X2 6000+ 3.0 GHz 125W
2GB (1x 2GB) Kingston HyperX DDR2 800 RAM
PNY 8800GT 512MB PCI Express
Rosewill RCX-Z1 cpu cooler

Single owner (me), purchased in Jan '08. No known issues. Still have motherboard box, manual and misc cables that came with it.

I'd say around $180 would be a pretty fair price, maybe as high as $200.
