That looks really good. I am thinking of making my frame out of wood and plexy glass later thus summer but I still have to make a design.

very nice work, You're lucky to have access to plasma cutting machines, I have plasma cutters which are fairly expensive but the machine component that handles the exact program is like over $50,000 (one in video is probably around the 150k mark) so the mods i've done where I have to cut 80 / 120 mm fan holes I always have to manually mark tangent lines and cut for like 1 cm at a time making the fan hole like 70mm or 110 mm then get a rotary sander for the rest.

Looks really nice in the end GL on the assembly.

Laser and plasma cutters are the same, laser cutters use superheated gases in combination with a laser diode to direct the gas towards a finite point, but after the gas is superheated, it falls under the category of plasma, which is why I called them plasma cutters. Generally lasers are associated with energy from lights which isnt the main component of "laser cutters" but it is the superheated gas A.K.A. plasma

The cutter was a carbon laser. Not a plasma cutter. They are not the same.
This helps explain it:
http://www.teskolaser.com/laser_cutting2.html

if it was a plasma cutter I wouldn't be able to be near it without safety glasses. Also note the gap between the laser and material is much greater than it would be for a plasma cutter. The cutting laser does use light as it is truly a CO2 gas laser.

and moar pix!!!!!!!

motherboard tray hack sawed and bent to fit into case securely using sheet metal screws I will be screwing it in tomorrow. I will also be bolting the 2 main frame pieces together.

A difference you may notice is that I took a hack saw to the upper frame piece to make clearance for the motherboard tray

UPDATE!

I also found a way I will be able to put digital camouflage on the outside of the case without paying a bloody fortune for an airbrush job. Plastic parts for the front panel and windows are being ordered today.

Nice, did you do the painting yourself? If so, how did you do the digi-camo? This looks great man, do you have shots from other angles around the case?

sorry about the reflection. I will get a better pic soon. You can see the Asetek/Corsair H50 LCS.

here is a pic with it on. I will take pics of it in the dark showing how awesome the lighting is and the 7in screen I have installed in the front when I get the chance.

How did you get the military texture on it? Was that a decal?

Send that in to CPU's monthly modding contest, it has a quite good chance of winning!
