Hey everyone! Last week I broke down my case & started sanding, cleaning, priming, & painting it. Almost all my metal parts are finished now I'm gonna start the plastic parts Monday pending on weather. I was wondering if anyone has painted this case & what did they use?
See I plan on cleaning plastic parts with soap & water then letting them dry & cleaning with a air nozzle & compressor. Then I plan to use a plastic primer with Rust-Oleum Sail Blue Enamel which is more directed towards wood & metal & I am curious if that Sail Blue will stick well to the plastic primer? So anyone with personal experience or a lot of painting skills & knowledge please respond. I would greatly appreciate it!

thanks

I've done a lot of research on case painting. If you are going to paint plastic you would want a flexible primer made for plastic and Plasti-kote makes a good 1. You can paint over this primer with whatever you want.
