I am really liking google chrome the web browser. and im currently stuck with windows xp and no money.

I heard that google is launching the chrome os soon.. does anyone know if it will be good or anything like that.. i enjoy gaming and photo and video editing mostly.

The Chrome OS isn't designed to do any of those. It will definitely not game. Photo and video editing are possible but will be very slow.

Bear in mind that the Chrome OS is essentially the browser used to access online applications. It is a portal to online applications. It is not an 'OS' in the sense that Windows or OSX are operating systems.
