HP has been selling extremely defective Pavilion Elite models for months. The e9150t and e9180t core i7-based models are causing an outrage among HP customers. After months of calls, faxes and emails, HP is still yet to announce an official statement about how they plan on resolving the issues. Issues include excessive freezing/lockups, BSODs, and crashing on a regular basis.

Hordes of owners have flocked to HP's own forums to complain of the issues. Still, HP remains silent as their customers express their dissatisfaction.

Actually it's not bad RAM. I've tried taking out the factory RAM and putting in my own. And we've all run numerous tests with the hardware diagnostics. It will always pass.

In my opinion, it's the Pegatron Truckee motherboard.
