How can I overclock it (The PII and possibly the RAM, yet I have read that doing that to RAM may screw it up, so I prefer just overclocking the PII) in WINXP?? (It's supposed to be 480MhZ, but I used a monitor recently, it showed only 460MhZ utilized)

Any programs that are actually free, without the nag screens/adware, compatible with this processor?
