 Post subject: need some help here

here is my problem my computer shut down every time i want to play a game. I can play it for about 10 mintues then it shut down. It don't matter what game it is. any idea would be helpful

sounds like it's overheating...do you have a thermal monitoring program installed?

Yep, sounds like an overheating problem.

Check to make sure all your fans are operational. CPU, video card, power supply.

If your CPU in particular is overheating, your BIOS may have a safety feature that's automatically shutting down the PC when it reaches a certain temp...or it's just putzing out because it's starting to melt :shock:
