Hey all,
Does anyone know what happened to NGC-Elites.net? I'm starting to get some decent scores in Super Smash Bros Melee, and wanted to post all my scores, but their website seems to be down. Anyone know if it's coming back up anytime soon?

Hmm... Is the mkdd site hosted off the same server as ngc-elites? If so, I'd think they'd be back up by now...

NEARGH!!! I turned my stupid Gamecube on today, and it made this weird noise... it sounded like a cross between a chainsaw and a dustbuster, scared the bejeezers out of me. I think there's only two parts in it that move while the system is running, and thus capable of making noise: the motor that makes the disc spin, and the cooling fan that prevents the thing from going up in a puff of smoke. The noise keeps going even when I eject the disc, so I'm thinking it's the cooling fan. I emailed the place I bought it from (play-asia.com), and havent gotten a response yet...

*edit: It's not a normal Gamecube, it's one of those uber-wicked Panasonic systems (http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-25-70-17r.html)
