Alot of games i play are really good by themselves...but i love to add MODS to them. I was wondering if i could put the same game on 2 differant drives...ONE WITH MODS...and the other just the normal game.
Would I run into problems with the files matching?

Why would you want to do that? What game is it? It is something where you have to have a "clean" version of the game for a gaming league or something similar? You have to give us more than that. :D

In a game called Operation Flashpoint...i noticed that when i had Mods in the game, multiplayer would have conflicts. I have added Mods to Call of duty that have had conflicts when i tried to play on the net. Lastly i read that adding the duct tape mod to doom3 will add conflicts to multiplayer.

I don't see why it would cause problems as long as they were in different directories. You shouldn't even need to put them on different drives.

Only thing I can think of is the CD-Key path in the registry. If one works online, it may not recognize the other install for MP.

Only one way to find out...try it. No loss if the clean install on the other drive doesn't work, just uninstall it and chalk it up as 15minutes wasted ;)
