I bought 2 -12 month gold subscriptions to renew my family plan. Something went wrong and George in tech support tried to fix it in January - he gave one of my kids 20 months the other 4 months it was supposed to add up in a family plan and give me the 12 monthhs family renewal - that didn't happen - now that Microsoft killed the family plan - 20 & 4 months is all I have for 4 people. Dana the supervisor dosn't see a problem. He told me Microsoft got rid of Family accounts and he could not reset my account. He could not (would not) even give me the 2 - 12 month gold subscriptions I paid for. He couldn't even tell me Who of the 4 of us has the has the 20 months.
He would not pass me up to a higher person!
Anyone have a contact @ microsoft to Plead with?

Ouch that does suck, I wasn't aware that Microsoft had gotten rid of family accounts. Wonder why they did that. You might want to try e-mailing steve.ballmer@microsoft.com to try and get some help. No, I'm pretty sure that's not his actual e-mail address but if Microsoft is like a lot of other companies with well known CEOs it might get the e-mail sent to a higher up level of customer support. Another option may be to send a tweet to majornelson or XBoxSupport on twitter to see if you can get some help that way.

The Steve Ballmer email worked - Someone called me and fix my account right away. Thanks for the idea. But I was warned that Family packs may not be renewed in the future.
