Now, Origin is holding a Labor Day Sale with half off some of the hottest games.
So is it me, or does someone seem to be taking a play from Steam's playbook?
To be fair, in that article, it's noted
He compared Steam to retail giant Target and said Origin is aiming to be more like Nordstrom. He was quick to clarify that items will go on sale "occasionally" at Origin, but don't expect deep discounts for 75 percent off.
So apparently, a 50% discount is fine, but a 75% discount is too much.
