Maximum PC

i can only run a minimum of 6 gigs of ram as it's triple channel.

i have the newest BIOS update as per Dell the A11 BIOS.

i do know it is an Intel X58 ITX board,but to flash an Intel BIOS on a Dell MOBO..i think thats asking for all kinds of trouble..besides the only thing that shows what kind of mobo it is is the Alien Head in the center of the board.

and the board was recently replaced due to BSOD's during COD BO.

looks like the only thing Jipstyle and i have in common is the OS.

well its worth a try anyway..I'm gonna pull 3 sticks of ram out and see what happens

nope..no dice..same thing..it freezes just before entering battle with the settings maxed.

so here's what i did..i followed the guidelines from here...http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1617650

with doing those optimizations i can now run a few thing maxed out.

Sync Every Frame: No(i tried turning it to yes,but i couldnt join any matches with it on)

Shader Warming: No
Shadows: Yes
Bullet Impacts: Yes

Full View: All the way up

I also have my max FPS capped at 125

Have you tried to run your games in XP compatibility mode?

actually i did,but it didnt help any with my issues.

Have you tried to setup dual booting between XP and win7? Run the game you are having trouble with in both operating systems, if it runs fine in XP, you know there is something in win 7 that is the problem and not the game.

If you don't want to setup dual booting then get a hard drive and setup XP on it. I would go this way just to find out if it is the OS messing things up. I could be just the difference in video drivers between the two systems.
