Maximum PC

My Xbox 360 seems to be stuck in Moderate NAT type, and I can't get it to open. I have a Westell 6100 at 192.168.1.1 (dsl comes in here), a linksys WRT54G at 192.168.2.1 (wired to the Westell), set up a static IP address for my Xbox at 192.168.2.200 (wired to the linksys). The linksys dedicates 192.168.2.100-192.168.2.149 for non static IP addresses. I have UPnP enabled, I have block anonymous internet requests disabled. I opened 80 (TCP), 88(UDP), 3074(Both), and 53(Both) for 192.168.2.200. I enabled DMZ for 192.168.2.200. I have restarted westell, linksys and xbox multiple times and still have moderate NAT type. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Try it with a dynamic IP to allow the router to assign it to the Xbox. Since the MAC address remains the same, the IP really doesn't matter.
