ill try to keep this short.

in Modern Warfare 2 it says that my NAT is strict, and heres a lil rundown of the situation.

over the last 2 months ive been doing some heavy duty upgrading on a few things.

1. ugrading from DSL to Cable internet

2. adding a wireless LINKSYS (model #...WRT54GL)..my desktop is hard wired to the router..the wireless is for my laptop.

3. ive been using ESET AV and firewall..when i had DSL i had to turn off the ESET firewall for the NAT to be open, but now i have Cable and a router..ugh.

things ive done.

always had Windows firewall disabled cuz of the ESET firewall.and that firewall is disabled.

ive enabled UPnP and disabled the routers firewall...also enabled DMZ zone.

yea..yea..i know my pc is at risk for being wide open like that, but wtf!!..why does it still say my NAT is strict?...i mean the thing is wide open!

Just go to port forward.com. Select your router and then select (Xbox360/PS3/<nothing for PC>) Call of Duty Modern Warefare 2. Then just follow the directions. If you get that ad asking you to buy something at all just look in the upper right corner.
