If I can run Far Cry with no problemas will Half-Life 2 run OK?

It's almost safe to say, yes. Quite frankly though, we won't know for sure until the game actually comes out. Who knows when that will be.

Any average PC will RUN HL2 ok. Just have to live without the DX9 effects which, well, isn't a big deal if you don't already have them:p

In an earlier article they were called "Half-Life 2" benches, and that was changed, then the article was removed.

I'm not positive, mind you, but pretty sure those are based on the leaked Beta.
