Maximum PC

hey guys..

sorry I have to ask help from you.. I've been trying to solve this for the past 24 hours !! I googled bunch of solutions to the FC2's "FAILED TO DOWNLOAD MAP" on win7. I never have such problem on winXP.

Heres what I'd tried.. none solves the problem..

1) downloaded winhttp.dll and shove it to /farcry2/bin as suggested
2) updated punkbuster
3) disabled the firewall (kinda)
4) run fc2 as administrator
5) changed fc2 to run as winXP SP3 mode
6) changed permission = FULL CONTROL on C:\Users\logicmaster\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 2

I was also trying to figure out how to uncheck the READ ONLY on ... C:\Users\logicmaster\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 2

It kept going back to READ ONLY.

HELP ME PLEASE.
