After trying to get Slack 10 working right for literally the past 6 months I've given up on it yet again; it's just too complex/UNIX for me, especially being a beginner.

I tried to get SuSE installed on my Linux box via FTP installation, but I don't have enough memory (64MB) to do it. I have the 4 ISO's of Fedora 3 on my hard drive of my main Windows system yet don't have the blank CD's to burn them to.

I've heard it's possible to do a network install yet I cannot find any clear instructions to do it using the 4 ISO images from a Windows machine to the Linux machine. Keep in mind that I have no CD's so anything CD-based is out of the question.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Really?
Network installs in my experience are over FTP or NFS.
Wouldn't make sense to use ISOs cuz that's the format for CDs - the installer would have to read the ISO and extract the info it needed which would just add overhead over an FTP or NFS setup to access the files directly.

I have fedora core3 burned on 4 cd's, if you need them just pm me a address and I'll send them to you. No charge of course.

Heh, it's much appreciated but by the time I'll have recieved them from you I'll have burned them myself onto CD's.

It's just I won't have any blanks for a week or so, but once I get some cash next week I'm going to buy a huge damn spindle. The reason I wanted to do an installation through the network is because... well, I'm impatient (atleast when it comes to Linux, ARAGH!)

Thanks anyways. :)
