Yup,
Check out the following article from Microsoft:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;Q322014&

Note if you don't need to change the default location (like for XP Setup) and just want to change the existing location on a machine that has Win2k or WinXP - You can change the location of these profile directories in the following location in the Registry

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
Name: ProfilesDirectory
Data Type: REG_EXPAND_SZ
Value: path

Make sure that you backup your registry and the profiles before making any changes. Also note that this will only take effect for users who log in AFTER the change has been made.
Lastly - you'll have to copy the Default user Profile to the new location in order to ensure that new users work properly as that profile will not be moved when the users log on...

Hope it helps - let me know how it turns out!

You can normally find me in the folding forum :)

Cheers,
Tuathal
