Is there a way I can get XP to play my whole sound file, it has a shutoff enabled after 10 seconds. Is there a way to turn this feature off and let my whole sound file play through?

I dont think so.

Whats the problem? Generally anything more than about .5 seconds gets REAL old after a month anyways.

Exactly how are you setting this to play??

Usually when you see it cut off, it's because something interupted it...like another sound from sometihng else or from some device initializing.

A Google search will get you a long ways in the do-it-yourself world.

This result was the first result that came up.

Read the whole thread there - there are alternatives, although no direct solutions. That may be as good as it gets.

Peace,
Jacob
