I was just on the ATI website and saw that version 4.9 of the Catalyst Control Center was released. Has anyone used it? I just installed it and it seems to add a bit more strain on my system, but just minor. Really cool looking UI though...Should I use this or just install the 4.9 Catalyst driver?

I use it, seems to work ok but a little buggy. Not sure if it's the ccc or .net causing the problem. every so often I get an error and it locks on me. If it locks you can contr-alt-del to get out but your driver settings get messed up. I reboot then things seem to calm down.

I was using 4.9, until I couldn't figure out a way to switch the display between my TV and monitor. With the old control center, all I had to do was right-click the ATI icon in the system tray to switch it around, so I just reverted back to the previous version. It still works great, so until I can figure out how to make the new version do what I want, I'll just stick with 4.8 (or whatver... ;)

I was using the new control center, but got tired of the bugs. So I switched to the official Cat 4.9s and old control panel for now. I like the look of the new control center, but will wait till they debug it.
