Is there any way to manually spin down a hard drive in Windows XP without waiting for Power Management to do it for you?

I seem to recall a post like this in the other forum and there answer there was a utility you needed, Although I don't remember what that was.

My thought was you'd have to shut down the entire channel.

I wonder if that old park utility would work in compatability mode :)
