yes, but they'll be supervised, and when they do escape, voila, you just figured out how you can improve the security.

most secure operating system in the world my ass. Microsofts own security team probably cant find any holes themselves so they need someone else to do the work for them. And then hope everyone patches when they encourage people to find security holes
