To enable is easy peasy...
1. On the Control Panel, click Programs, and then click Programs and Features.
2. Click Turn Windows features on or off.
3. Click Hyper-V, click OK, and then click Close.
So far, I was able to follow the above advice, and find
TenSeldamUtility2009_03.exe, which, when installed, can convert the Virtual PC 2005 and 2007 .vmc to a virtual machine that works with Hyper-V. But the virtual machine fails on boot, so I'm digging out the old Windows 98SE .iso, and trying to create the VM that way.
Thanks for your help!
