Running Win 7 on two drives in my system. One on an SSD and another on a regular spinning drive. The spinning drive has the bootloader so I have BIOS booting to it. When I does I get a black screen with two Win 7's stacked for me to choose from. The top one is highlighted cause it as my latest install and it also happens to be my SSD, the drive I want to boot to so after 3 seconds of not doing anything, it automatically boots to the SSD.
Tried to update the firmawar for the SSD which you can't do when it is the C drive so I tried to boot the the spinning hard drive that also has Win 7. You know the black, splash screen that appears on startup with the 4 colored blocks coming at you to make the Windows system logo??? For some reason it hangs here and I can't get past this screen. In fact, I don't even get the complete logo made, the four color blocks stop moving and the system restarts. I'll post my specs below but does anyone have any idea why this might be happening???? I've successfully booted to the drive plenty of times with no problems before.
