looks like spyware i had on my computer, it would generate a new randomly named process and add an exe file in my windows/system32 folder every time u killed the process. so that may be what it is, i would try scanning with Spybot: Seach and Destroy and Ad-Aware. good luck.

hmmm, yeah I'm voting spy/malware, I second the spybot/adaware suggestion, and you do have updated Antivirus right? if not I suggest AVG.

also try another program called hijackthis. be very careful using this program though because if you delete something that is not suppose to be deleted, your comp might not work right, well some programs or something like that. trust me, i made this mistake but i dont really care.
