Maximum PC

Has anyone used EaseUS Partition Master to re-partition their SSD, and did it work well for you? I just got a new system with an OCZ Agility 256G SSD and it's is crashing Windows. I am not sure the SSD is the problem but i ruled out the CPU, GPU, PSU, and motherboard, so it's next in line. I bought the desktop from Ibuypower so it's been partitioned once already into a windows (C:) boot drive that is about 255g and an E: drive labeled as "System" that is 1G. I am not sure what the purpose of the E: drive is? Anyway, i want to re-partition it into just one Windows drive. Anyone have any advise as to the best partitioning software that is free?
