I am looking to automate some settings using Windows XP deployments, but I need to locate their proper registry settings.
Here are the items I need to find:
Display all files/folders as "details." Basically, where you would change view to Details, then go to folder options and click "Apply to All Folders". Is there a registry setting to get the same effect?
Second would be to show hidden files and folders (also under "Folder Options").
Third is to un-check "Hide extensions for known file types."
Fourth is to show My Computer and My Network Places on the desktop.
If somebody could point me to the correct registry values where those options are stored, I would be eternally grateful.
