Location: A place not actively occupied by something else.
I want to be able to unlock my PC by sticking a floppy in the drive. I do not want a reset disk.
Is there a way to do this?

Yes. I have half a dozen 1.5mb floppies lying around, and I figure, why not find a use for them?

why not use USB flash drive, way better than floppy?

Maybe because I have 20 spare floppies and no spare flash drives? I have the 4gig for school, the 8gig with the emergency toolkit, and the 2gig for on-site backups of my documents. That's all the flash drives I have.

Solution:

for the first half (logon locking).
I have a friend who will help me code the second part, a system to lock windows on removal of the floppy.

EDIT: no coding necessary: This seems to work just fine.
EDIT #2: Premature. Predator doesn't work on floppies. >_<
