Maximum PC

I have a Win7 Pro 64-bit system setup on a RAID-0 with 2x 1TB HDDs currently. I am growing close to filling my storage space, and want to add more, but this means I have to destroy the RAID, i.e. lose everything. I have therefore decided to use a system imaging tool to do this. I have a few options available and I want to know what anyone can recommend.

I have looked at DriveImage XML, Acronis True Image and Norton Ghost. The latter 2 seem to give me good backup options as well as doing the imaging, and I'd like to know if the backup options provided are better than Win7's backup processes in such a way that would encourage buying them. I'm also not entirely certain that DriveImage XML will work with my OS and hardware, so any advice on that would be great as well.

Well, you didn't provide the system specs but if you have WD or Seagate drives, get their hard drive utility...it is made for them by Acronis and it clones drives, makes images, formats and will back up drives. I have been using this app at my friends store and it works well....and...it is free.
