Maximum PC

Hello all,

I'm a quirky fan of moving the taskbar to the left-hand side of the desktop; I find it valuable on my tiny laptop with programs that need 768 height. (Taskbar on widescreen messes this up on 1366 x 768)

I know how to move the taskbar, but I can't remember how to tweak Windows to open the start menu 60 pixels to the right. Reader, move your taskbar and you'll see why I want to know- the start menu covers up the taskbar when opened! How annoying!

So.... does anyone remember how to edit menu open defaults to fix this anoyance of mine?
